PiRC's source is open: the pi extension and the code it shares under the MIT licence, the relay and the web app under the GNU AGPL 3.0, and the mobile apps under the GNU GPL 3.0. The name PiRC and its icon are trademarks of Justino Ltd; the licences do not cover them. You may say that your software works with PiRC, but a build, fork or service published under the name or the icon needs our written permission.
